Ticketing Information

Purchase Tickets

The ticket office is open Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM in Rowand-Johnson Hall.

Additionally, tickets may be purchased in-person starting an hour before each scheduled performance in the venue lobby.

Tickets are available for purchase online anytime at ua.universitytickets.com.

Prices & Payment Methods

2023-2024 Ticket Prices

Marian Gallaway Theatre & Dance Theatre:

  • $25 for adults,
  • $22 for faculty/staff/seniors
  • $15 for students.

Allen Bales Theatre:

  • $15 for adults
  • $10 for students.

Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. To reserve group tickets, visit or call the ticket office at (205) 348-3400 during regular business hours.

Payment Methods

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
  • We do NOT accept Bama Cash.

Policies

Refunds: All sales are final. There are no refunds for single tickets or season subscriptions.

Exchanges: There are no exchanges for single ticket sales. Season subscribers may exchange their tickets at no extra charge. To do so, please visit or call the ticket office at least 24 hours in advance to complete the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Late seating: No late seating is guaranteed. The ticket office reserves the right to resell any unclaimed seats five minutes prior to curtain.

Standby tickets: If a performance is sold out, patrons may join the ‘standby list’ starting an hour before the performance by visiting the ticket office in-person.

Cell phones: Cell phones must be turned off during performances.

Photo/video: No photography or video recording is allowed during performances.

Children: All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for the performance. House management reserves the right to ask any person who disturbs the performance or other patrons to leave the theatre, and no refund will be issued.

We do not rate our performances based on sensitive content or language. It is up to the parents or guardians to decide if a performance is appropriate for their child.

 

Accessible Seating

All three performance venues offer ADA accessible seating. If you would like to reserve one or more of these seats, please visit or call the ticket office at (205) 348-3400 during regular business hours. Our house management staff is happy to assist you upon your arrival.
